Sixth draft of music promo

This is my sixth draft of my music promo, however I have realised that there are some technical issues as just after 1 minute the promo is very jumpy. I have been in the process of editing this in different ways and exporting it in different formats in order to stop it jumping.

Sixth draft of advert

Dolby

The front and inside shot lying down are nice- good range of shot types. I am not sure that the back cover works- the layout is quite blocky and basic- do you need an image of the artist or could you have text on top of a location shot? Also, the other inside pane with all the images I'm not sure works or promotes artist? The colour scheme is quite muted and seems quite a melancholy vibe- is this suitable for the genre of music?

Fifth draft of music promo

This is my fifth draft, I have changed the begining bit and added transitions in between the different shots of her spinning. makes it flow together better and because the singing is slow and relaxed, I think the transitions are in order to make it slow and smooth to go with the music. I have also superimposed her singing 'can you count me in' . I think this makes the video flow even smoother than it did before, as well as making it more interesting.

Mrs D

You have got some synergy across your ancillary tasks. You need to think carefully about the genre of music. Is the mes and text communicating pop? Also think about your shot types - why are you using a mid shot on the advert? Keep going - there is lots of potential here.

Fourth draft of advert

This is my fourth draft of my advert, I have added an image as well as slightly changing the colour of the artists name. I think this makes it stand out more and promote the artist more. At the bottom left of the poster I have added an image of the artists' album, I think this links the album and the tour, using synergy to promote the artist futher.

I think the colour you have chosen for the album release advert is suitabel but at the moment it is fairly plain and needs to show some more skill with integrating text and image and also your use of ICT.

Third draft of advert

This is my third draft, I have added the logo of the record company as well as the address and contact details for the place that the audience need to buy the tickets from. I am now going to add an image as well as ratings showing the audience how godd the album is and how good the tour will be. I am also going to play around with the colours and see what different colours I could use for the text.

Second draft of advert

This is my second draft of my advert, I have changed the colour scheme from black to a light blue as I think this fits with the artist better, as well as it being less dull and boring. I have chamged the font of the artists name, I think this font works better than the prevous one, however I think I am going to change it again as I am not 100% happy with it. I have added text to tell the audience what the tour is called. I have also moved the position of the 'buy your tickets now' text as I am going to add the logo of the record comany as well as other contact details.

First draft of advert

This is the first draft of my tour poster, I have made sure I have put the artists name, the name of her album and tour, as well as the date and location of the tour. At the bottom of the poster I have put a darker area and added text telling the audience to buy tickets. Having looked at other tour posters, the majority of them have this as it encourages the audience to buy tickets, this will result in more sales. I have kept it simple and put all of the text in black and white as this is only my first draft therefore I am going to change it a lot.
